How do notifications work?

Switch on “Notify me about new homes” in Your search. Flatsy checks for new adverts every 15 minutes on weekdays from 8am to 8pm, and less often in the evening and at weekends. When a new home fits your search, you get a notification; tap it to see the home first in For you. If a home you’ve enquired about is no longer advertised, you hear about that too. Notifications arrive silently from 10pm to 7am.

Which sites does Flatsy read?

Rightmove, across Great Britain. Each home links to its advert there.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, Settings → Delete my data. Your search, places, saved homes and progress are deleted from Flatsy’s server at once, and the app starts afresh. The privacy policy has the detail.

Who do I contact?

Robbie MacInnes runs Flatsy and reads every email to hello@flatsy.co.uk. If you’re testing through TestFlight, you can also send feedback with a screenshot from there.
