Terms

16 October 2026

These terms cover using Flatsy while it’s being tested. Flatsy is run by Robbie MacInnes; email hello@flatsy.co.uk with any question.

Free while testing

Flatsy is free while it’s being tested. Nothing is charged.

Listings come from other sites

The homes in Flatsy come from adverts on other sites. An advert may be wrong, out of date or already let, and Flatsy’s reading of it can be wrong too. Check the advert, and the home, before you rely on it or pay anything.

No promise of a home

Flatsy helps you find homes and enquire about them. It can’t promise you a viewing, a reply from an agent or landlord, or a home. Flatsy isn’t an agent or a landlord, and isn’t part of any let you agree.

Fair use

Use Flatsy for your own search for a home. Don’t copy its homes in bulk, try to break it, or try to reach anyone else’s data. Flatsy may stop anyone who does from using it.

The test can end

Flatsy may change, stop working for a while, or end the test at any time.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under UK consumer law.

Your data

The privacy policy says what Flatsy keeps about you and how to delete it.
